1. Services
www.jackiethechannel.com offers animal communication, virtual dog training and channeled message services. All sessions are intended for informational purposes only and do not replace traditional medical or veterinary care.
2. Booking and Payment
All Sales Final: All sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of satisfaction with the session or any change of mind after payment.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before the session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session.
Session Transfer: Sessions can be gifted to someone else with proper enrollment form updates.
3. Session Policies
Punctuality: Jackie will wait up to 10 minutes for you to arrive for your phone or virtual session. After 10 minutes, the session will be forfeited.
Session Duration: Sessions are time-based, not based on the number of animals or questions. Multiple animals or questions will reduce the time available for each.
Preparation: You must fill out a detailed form and provide photos before the scheduled session.
4. Limitations
Service Limitations: Jackie does not offer services for finding lost or reincarnated animals. Such information may be presented during sessions but is not guaranteed.
Notes: A basic outline of written notes from the session will be provided. Detailed notes must be taken by the client.
Medical Disclaimer: Information provided during sessions is not intended to replace traditional medical or veterinary care. Jackie Audette is not a medical professional and does not offer medical advice, prescribe drugs, perform surgery, or diagnose medical issues.
5. Liability
By booking a session, you release and hold Jackie Audette harmless from any liability for accidents or damages to yourself, your child, or your animal(s) during any consultation. You agree to this consultation for yourself, your animal(s), or deceased spirits and provide consent when making the purchase.
